Focus on Attitude!
We have a variety of jobs for our horses to do whether it be one of the many colts we start each year or the horses getting ready for their show year. Jumping is the main focus for most the horses who will be going to show in either the hunter or jumper classes at the paint shows or an up and coming event prospect. Keeping their training fresh and interesting with natural trail obstacles both at home and on the trail is one way we like to help the horses have a good attitude when they work.

"Yes Indeedy" after winning the Junior Working Hunters.
A few highlights have been winning the Junior Working Hunters at the World Championship Paint Show in 2000 with "Yes Indeedy". In 1996 at the World show with "Just Passin Thru" we rode to victory in Junior Hunter Hack and reserve champion in Junior Working Hunters after being tied and loosing the draw.
"Bar J Showdown" won Reserve Champion in 1997 in Open Jumpers. In the same year he was also shown in the roping events and barrel racing, he was Reserve Champion in Steer Stopping, ridden by Mark Gomes.
I'm happy to say there have been more wins at the world show along with some great year end wins in California.
  Winners!
This last year as in years past we were fortunate to have some great horses to work with and show. It is a pleasure to be able to go and show nice horses that not only win in the ring but make it fun.
